Indoor Kinetic LED Display – 500x500mm Model

The 500x500mm model is larger than the 640x480mm model, featuring motion drivers measuring 248.5 x 248.5mm, with each cabinet combining a 2×2 array of drivers. Despite its larger size, this 3D kinetic LED display weighs only 13kg per cabinet, boasting a more compact and lightweight design. It’s ideal for indoor venues like high-end boutiques, art installations, or intimate event spaces, offering space-saving and immersive digital displays.

Maintenance Steps

Reliable maintenance ensures the long-term, high-performance operation of these kinetic LED displays and robotic LED displays.

Step A: Open the rear cover to inspect the entire circuitry, receiving card, and power supply. These components form the electronic backbone of the 3D kinetic LED display, providing power and signal transmission to the robotic module, which transforms content into precise, dynamic 3D visuals.

Step B: Remove the power supply mounting plate to reveal a large access hole. This step provides technicians with greater access to inspect or replace delicate internal components, ensuring that hardware failures do not affect performance.

Step C: Disassemble the entire motion unit to maintain the motion mechanism and modules. The motion unit is the core element that enables the robotic LED display’s 3D dynamic effects and is a key component in its “robotization” of visual presentation. By preserving the mechanical structure and display module, the system can consistently output smooth and precise 3D dynamic images.
