A large screen can still miss visitors when its position ignores the main approach path or its message takes too long to understand.

Display-to-Booth Planning
Our recommendations change with the role of each exhibition zone, the way visitors approach it, how long they stay and the content they need to see.
For a main booth wall, we use a large-format display to keep product films, launch presentations and brand content clear across the aisle. The Spider indoor rental LED display supports the flexible configurations and efficient handling required for temporary exhibition builds.
JR Visual shapes the media surface around corners, columns and feature zones when a conventional rectangular wall does not fit the booth concept. The iFlex flexible LED display supports curved booth walls and more integrated spatial designs.
For a launch zone, our suspended LED sphere places the featured product above the crowd and guides visitors toward the presentation area. The LED Sphere rental and fixed installation display provides a continuous 360-degree canvas for product visuals, brand motion and exhibition storytelling.
It all started with flat LED displays, where the only differences were screen size and pixel pitch. In the early days, pixel pitch went from P10mm down to the current P0.9mm, delivering ever-higher image clarity. Today, even a limited area can easily achieve 4K or 8K resolution. The next major leap came with the introduction of curved LED displays into exhibition scenarios. With built-in curve locks (curvature-adjustable locks), these cabinet designs allowed positive or negative curvature adjustment, enabling quick installation of concave, convex, or even cylindrical screens. This eye-catching advertising medium quickly became a rental favorite among major AV rental companies.Then came a variety of special-shaped LED display products used in exhibitions and rental events. These included 90-degree column screens, six-sided cube displays, frameless round screens, heart-shaped displays, and spherical screens.
Now, we have taken the lead in the industry by introducing mechanical kinetic LED displays—a completely new form of LED display for high-end exhibitions. These include our 3D kinetic matrix LED display. Featuring modular unit designs (500x500mm and 640x480mm display units), it enables fast installation. Paired with custom dynamic video content, it delivers a stunning visual impact to exhibitors and maximizes advertising effectiveness. Another innovation is our DNA rotating LED display, available in four models: a three-sided opening-and-closing rotating display, a double-sided curved rotating display, a double-sided flat rotating display, and a double-sided rotating display (with LED on one side and a mirror surface on the other). Share your booth drawing, proposed screen dimensions, visitor viewing distance, installation position, access limits, event schedule and content plan. We also confirm rigging and venue restrictions when the display will be suspended.
We base the decision on the closest viewing distance, final screen dimensions and the level of detail in your content. Close-viewing product demonstrations need a different balance from screens designed mainly for visibility across an exhibition hall.
Yes, when the selected display system supports the required geometry. JR Visual confirms the curve direction, radius, corner treatment, support structure and maintenance access before your booth design is finalized.
Before shipping, our team checks the cabinet layout, signal path, power plan, mounting method, spare-parts plan and playback test. We also align on-site responsibilities with your booth contractor and content team.
Prepare the content canvas around the final screen aspect ratio and pixel resolution. We test text size, product details, transitions and playback on the actual configuration before the event.
