Can JR Visual build an LED display from our concept or drawing?
Yes. We can work from a sketch, rendering, reference image or site drawing. We translate your concept into display geometry, module layout, structural requirements, control mapping and an installation plan. For complex designs, we may recommend a prototype or sample section before full production.
What project information do you need?
We need the intended shape, available dimensions, closest viewing distance, indoor or outdoor environment and preferred installation method. Project drawings, reference images, operating hours, content requirements and the expected installation date help us prepare a more accurate proposal.
Which LED display shapes can you build?
We can build curved walls, columns, corners, cubes, circles, spheres, domes, floors and other irregular structures. We can also develop mechanical formats such as rotating displays. The final shape depends on the selected module, curvature, supporting structure and maintenance space.
How do you choose the pixel pitch?
We choose the pixel pitch according to the closest viewing distance, total screen dimensions, surface curvature and content detail. A tighter pixel pitch can improve close-range clarity, but it also affects the module layout, processing requirements and project cost.
Can you design the structure and control system?
Yes. We can coordinate the display layout, supporting structure interface, power distribution, signal routing and controller mapping as part of the LED system design. Your local engineer or installation contractor should confirm building load approval and final site construction.
Can you combine several LED display types?
Yes. We can combine flexible LED walls, LED floors, transparent displays, spheres and kinetic screens in one project. We plan the power, signal, synchronization, viewing angles and content resolution as one system so the displays work together consistently.
How do you prepare content for a custom-shaped screen?
We provide the final pixel map so your content team can work with the correct canvas size, orientation, visible areas, seams and motion direction. We also recommend testing the content before final delivery to prevent distortion or missing details.
What installation and maintenance support do you provide?
We can provide installation drawings, component labeling, control diagrams, remote guidance and on-site commissioning according to the agreed project scope. We also plan the service direction, technician access, power isolation, spare modules and replacement procedures before installation begins.
