Transaudient Design

The LED module is composed of a customized PCBA with small holes embedded in a simple matrix, which can achieve a high-resolution visual effect. At the same time, it’s also acoustic, allowing multiple speakers to be installed behind the screen to achieve an accurate panoramic sound effect.

Is there any difference in the color spectrum and contrast compared with a regular LED display?

Yes. Compared with a regular LED display, the LED Dome can provide stronger color and contrast performance. It supports over 90% DCI-P3 color space / CIE 1931. Standard observer graphs do not fully reflect the difference seen by the human eye, so brightness and color need to be compared in 3D to better appreciate the result. The color volume of an LED display equals the area of its color gamut multiplied by its peak brightness. The LED Dome also supports HDR, infinite black and ultra-high contrast, with very low cross-reflection while maintaining high peak brightness. This helps create a more hyper-realistic experience.
